Phishing is the criminally fraudulent process of attempting to acquire sensitive information such as usernames and passwords by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an email.  Crest Savings users should never click on a link from an unknown source whether delivered by email, SMS text or a web page. Always use previously trusted links to connect to Crest Savings Bank. We do not send emails requesting user information.
